About the role

We are partnering with a successful, well‑established IFA firm near Maidstone that is looking for self‑employed Independent Financial Advisers to expand its client offering. You will retain your own client base while gaining access to office facilities, paraplanning, and administrative support without any monthly fees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent financial advice to existing and new clients.
• Leverage the firm’s back‑office support for paraplanning, compliance, and administration.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and client acquisition activities.
• Maintain and grow your personal client portfolio.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated “go‑getter” with an existing client base or a clear plan to generate one.
• Qualified or recently qualified Financial Adviser willing to operate as a self‑employed professional.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the firm’s support team.
