Seller Activation & Growth Manager – TikTok Shop UK

About the role

The UK Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team at TikTok Shop is looking for a Seller Activation & Growth Manager to guide new merchants from onboarding through their first meaningful sales milestone. You will act as the primary point of contact for high‑potential sellers, helping them become operationally ready and driving early‑stage growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own high‑potential sellers from onboarding to achieving approximately £4.5K GMV, providing hands‑on support during the incubation phase.
• Assist sellers with operational readiness, policy compliance, and execution fundamentals to unblock early growth.
• Design and run scalable incubation initiatives such as webinars, educational content, and mass activation programs.
• Segment early‑stage sellers by profile and readiness, applying targeted incubation treatments.
• Track seller progress, activation metrics, and prepare handover to Account Strategists.
• Collaborate with Account Strategists, acquisition teams, BPOs and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth seller journeys.
• Translate early‑stage insights into repeatable playbooks, SOPs and program improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or strategic operations, preferably in e‑commerce or high‑growth tech.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with solid business acumen.
• Experience turning data into narratives that influence stakeholder decisions.
• Clear communicator able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Preferred: over 2 years of combined project management and BD/sales/account management experience.
