Seller Incubation Account Strategist – UK E‑Commerce

About the role

The UK Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team drives the onboarding and growth of new sellers on TikTok Shop. As an Account Strategist you will incubate high‑potential SMB merchants, guide them through key milestones and help them scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end incubation of selected SMB sellers, identifying growth paths and supporting milestone achievement.
• Deliver tailored, high‑touch diagnostics and scalable enablement programs such as webinars and matchmaking events.
• Manage communication channels (e.g., Lark groups, instant messaging) for forecasting, troubleshooting, education and program roll‑outs.
• Lead at least one incubation program from proposal through execution, tracking performance and evaluating impact.
• Collaborate with category, operations and product teams to unlock growth levers for sellers.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve seller performance and program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience in business development, sales or account management; preferably 2+ years.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.
• Self‑starter with proven end‑to‑end project ownership.
