About the role
We are looking for a passionate SEN Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in Tower Hamlets, East London. You will deliver personalised, high‑quality learning for pupils with a range of additional needs, helping each child reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, families and external professionals.
- Provide tailored support and monitor progress of each pupil.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching pupils with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of inclusive practice and personalised learning.
- Genuine passion for supporting every child’s success.
