About the role

We are looking for a passionate SEN Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Kent. You will support students with diverse needs, helping them unlock their potential in an environment where creativity and compassion are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver inclusive, differentiated lessons that build confidence and achievement.
• Create structured, nurturing classroom settings that provide clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and external specialists to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Support pupils with EHCPs, SEMH, neurodiversity, and a range of academic, emotional, and sensory needs.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the school’s SEN strategy.
