About the role
We’re growing fast and looking for Senior Account Executives to help drive our next stage of growth. If you’re a skilled closer who thrives on hitting targets and building strong pipelines, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll own deals end‑to‑end, contribute to our revenue strategy, and work alongside a high‑performing team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach.
- Build and manage a high‑impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth.
- Engage with key prospects to deeply understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them.
- Lead product demos and negotiations to secure high‑value deals and long‑term partnerships.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate, data‑driven forecasts to guide strategy.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to refine strategies and achieve team success.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of the business, directly impacting scale and success.
- Take advantage of growth opportunities and expand responsibilities as the company scales.
Required profile
- Honesty & transparency – open communication about successes and challenges.
- Openness – willingness to share ideas, voice concerns, and contribute to broader team goals.
- Collaboration – ability to work closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership.
- Business acumen – solid grasp of the market to make strategic sales decisions.
What we offer
- Base salary £55,000‑£70,000 plus double OTE, total earnings £110,000‑£140,000 per year.
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
- £1,200 annual benefits allowance from month 2.
