Senior Account Manager – 9‑Month FTC Maternity Cover (Temp‑to‑Perm)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our UK team on a 9‑month fixed‑term maternity cover, with the possibility of permanent employment. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and Growth, you will manage a portfolio of UK accounts, focusing on client retention, upsell opportunities and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of UK client accounts.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities and drive commercial renewal processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Travel to client meetings and events across the UK, with monthly team meetings in Manchester.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on retention and growth.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing occasional travel.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
