Senior Account Manager

About the role

Direct365 is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of high‑value customers, maximise retention and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high‑value customer accounts.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Manage renewals and proactively address customer concerns to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience within a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Evidence of growing revenue through upselling and cross‑selling activities.
• Customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
