Senior Architect – Edinburgh

About the role

Join a newly‑established Edinburgh studio of a leading design‑and‑delivery architectural practice. As a Senior Architect you will help shape the office from day one, working on large‑scale, high‑density residential, HRB and student accommodation projects across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery through RIBA Stages 3–6, ensuring technical quality and buildability.
• Coordinate and manage consultant teams and client relationships.
• Oversee Revit‑based workflows, maintain model integrity and drive BIM standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of studio culture and processes.

Required profile

• Senior Architect with proven delivery experience on high‑density residential, HRB or large multi‑unit schemes.
• Deep technical understanding, confidence on site and strong problem‑solving ability.
• Team‑builder who enjoys responsibility and shaping a new studio’s identity.

Required skills

• Revit (BIM modelling and coordination).
