Senior Architect - High-End Residential

About the role

An established architectural practice is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join its London team. The practice delivers residential, hospitality and heritage projects, combining strong design with technical expertise and a sensitive approach to existing and historic buildings. The Senior Architect will take responsibility for delivering luxury residential projects, including refurbishment and heritage-led schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Develop design and technical information through to delivery
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage project teams, workloads and programmes
• Produce technical and construction information and review contractor and consultant information
• Attend and lead site meetings, inspections and coordination meetings
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and contribute to project financial performance

Required profile

• 5+ years' post-Part 3 experience as a UK-registered Architect
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects
• Strong technical and design capabilities
• Good understanding of BIM and project coordination
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction
• Experience working with historic/listed buildings is desirable
• Excellent site and delivery experience, and strong commercial awareness and organisation
