Senior Architectural Technologist – Durham

About the role

This permanent position offers a senior Architectural Technologist the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects within an award‑winning, multidisciplinary practice based in Durham. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality design solutions from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Degree in Architectural Technology.
• Significant post‑qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical detailing skills.
