Senior BIM Coordinator – MEP (Manchester, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator specialising in MEP to join a newly created team in our Manchester office. The role combines hands‑on BIM modelling with line‑management duties and offers a hybrid working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the BIM team on assigned projects, ensuring delivery within budget and programme.
• Produce and maintain coordinated building information models and drawings to support design and construction.
• Lead regular 3D coordination review meetings, highlighting variations and facilitating communication across disciplines.
• Visit construction sites to understand installation practices and improve modelling accuracy.
• Develop team skills in software, MEP systems and coordination, providing guidance and feedback.
• Generate drawings from 3D models for design, installation and manufacturing stages, incorporating NG Bailey Offsite solutions where possible.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BIM technicians or similar staff.
• Solid background in BIM, CAD and Revit within MEP projects.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting BIM data to clients.
