Senior Business Analyst - JSM Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading biotech company that leverages large‑scale genetic data and AI to predict disease risk and advance precision healthcare. The role focuses on implementing Jira Service Management (JSM) and ensuring that workflows, processes and system integrations are delivered successfully in a live environment. This is a 6‑month contract offering hybrid/remote working and a daily rate of £450‑£600.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams, implementation specialists and business stakeholders to deliver JSM solutions.
• Lead Business Analysis activities including workflow design, process documentation and delivery support.
• Support the migration of an Access Governance function onto JSM using established workflows.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, user stories, implementation tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and support API integrations between JSM, HubSpot and other business systems.
• Ensure solutions align with broader service‑management processes and technology environments.
• Assist with testing, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies and implementation considerations.
• Produce operational documentation, training materials and implementation resources to drive adoption.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or Process Analyst.
• Proven track record delivering Jira Service Management implementations.
• Strong background in system implementation, digital transformation or operational change programmes.
• Experience with HubSpot integrations and end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Expertise in workflow design, process mapping and business documentation.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and service‑delivery models.
