About the role

A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth for its high‑profile Disputes practice, with a particular focus on Employment matters. You will work closely with senior partners and clients on complex, market‑leading cases across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pitches and multi‑jurisdictional RFPs.
• Design and deliver business development campaigns and manage client events, tracking ROI.
• Support client targeting and key‑account initiatives.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain CRM systems, pitch materials and firm credentials.
• Prepare legal directory and award submissions.
