Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Maidenhead. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by booking meetings for our field‑based Business Development Managers, primarily across London and the South‑East.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call and prospect new clients using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers with potential customers.
• Track weekly progress against meeting targets.
• Support tender opportunities and help prepare documentation and presentations.
• Generate quotations, maintain an accurate CRM database, and act as the first point of contact for regional sales queries.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar role focused on meeting booking and new‑business generation.
• Energetic, target‑driven self‑starter with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with cold calling, phone presentations and building rapport quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle objections.
• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience and live within commuting distance of Maidenhead.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
