Senior Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior position leads business development for a fast‑growing, non‑regulated bridging finance provider. You will be responsible for expanding broker networks, strengthening existing partnerships and driving lending volumes across the UK while mentoring a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new broker partners to increase deal flow.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing introducers and brokers.
• Drive UK‑wide lending volumes and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Mentor, coach and develop a sales team as the business scales.
• Manage your own diary, negotiate rates and ensure compliance with lending policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the non‑regulated bridging finance market.
• Proven track record of delivering consistent lending volumes and sales growth.
• Strong network of broker and introducer relationships.
• Deep understanding of bridging finance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing a sales team or clear ambition to step into a senior leadership role.
