Senior Commercial Finance Analyst – Strategic Business Partner

About the role
We are looking for a senior commercial finance professional to partner with commercial, FP&A and BI teams, shaping strategic financial decisions across our subscription, events and network businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Build financial business cases and analyses to support commercial decisions, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
- Analyse customer trends, product costs, sales pipeline activity and cost drivers such as commissions.
- Develop and maintain scenario models for commercial propositions, budgeting and forecasting.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles and maintain the organisation’s Long‑Term Plan.
- Apply data and analytics to inform long‑term financial strategy.
Required profile
- Intellectually curious, detail‑oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills, able to present findings confidently and explain financial concepts to non‑specialists.
- ACA or CIMA qualified with 5+ years of experience in commercial finance.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel, including financial model building.
- Power BI.
- Tableau.
