Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – Up to £100k

About the role

This senior associate position sits within a well‑established law firm that advises a FTSE 100 national client on commercial property matters across the UK. The role offers a balanced work‑life environment with flexible, hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases for a blue‑chip client.
• Advise on lease renewals, assignments, sublettings and licences to alter.
• Prepare and negotiate ancillary documents such as rent deposit deeds, agreements for lease and side letters.
• Provide heads‑of‑terms advice and collaborate closely with surveyors and consultants.
• Support portfolio management and strategic leasing initiatives.
• Handle occasional general commercial property matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 7 years PQE.
• Strong expertise in commercial leasing and ability to manage a client caseload autonomously.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines remotely and maintain commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
