Senior Conference Producer – Tech, Data & AI Events

About the role

Join a global leader in technology, data, AI and connectivity as a Senior Conference Producer. You will shape high‑impact events by curating rich agendas and securing top‑tier speakers, while taking on strategic responsibilities that drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop conference programmes that align with emerging tech, AI, data and connectivity trends.
• Identify, approach and secure industry‑leading speakers and panelists.
• Manage end‑to‑end event production, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless hybrid experiences.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform agenda relevance and attendee engagement.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated (minimum 2:1) with 2‑4 years of experience in conference or event production.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, data and connectivity sectors.
• Excellent written communication, research and project‑management abilities.
• Background in journalism, content creation, events, marketing, media or communications is advantageous.
