Senior Consultant – Market Access

About the role

Acumetis is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Global Value & Access team in London. You will lead market access projects, shape strategy for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, and work in a hybrid, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver market access strategies, including HTA/JCA, pricing, reimbursement and payer research.
• Lead client presentations, workshops and strategic discussions, translating complex evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring quality and compliance with internal processes.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification in health economics, public health, life sciences or a related field (2:1 preferred).
• Minimum 3‑4 years of consulting experience in market access, with a track record of leading workstreams.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of market access, HTA, pricing and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with European HTA environment and EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) is highly desirable.
