Senior Corporate Broker

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Broker to join a leading, award‑winning independent broker in Leeds. You will work within the Corporate Risks Division, managing large UK and global programmes alongside an experienced Account Director and supporting clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Director to retain existing business and generate new opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day queries, renewals, amendments and mid‑term adjustments for major accounts.
• Provide technical support for complex or high‑priority relationships.
• Act as the primary client contact, answering routine and challenging enquiries to enhance the client experience.
• Stay informed of market changes and ensure compliance with professional and transparency standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry across multiple lines.
• Methodical, organised and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty and self‑discipline.
• Comfortable with change and new challenges.
• Ideally holds or is working towards ACII qualification.

Required skills

• Acturis system knowledge.
