Senior Corporate Lawyer – Flexible Consultancy (10+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer with more than 10 years of post‑qualification experience to join an innovative B‑Corp accredited law firm on a consultancy basis. The role offers a flexible, entrepreneurial environment where you will work closely with founders, investors and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Structure venture capital and growth funding rounds, including SEIS/EIS considerations.
• Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, joint venture documents and corporate restructuring plans.
• Support founder exits, succession matters and general corporate advisory for high‑growth businesses.
• Contribute to business development, networking, client relationship management and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Minimum 10 years PQE gained in leading city law firms.
• Extensive experience across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions.
• Proven ability to advise founders, entrepreneurs, investors and privately owned businesses.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team.
• Interest in growing a practice within an entrepreneurial setting.
