Senior CRM Executive

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior CRM Executive to lead multi‑channel customer communications for a fast‑growing D2C ecommerce brand. You will own the CRM function during a key trading period and help shape the long‑term lifecycle strategy across email, SMS and other owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, lifecycle communications).
• Create and maintain automated customer journeys using Klaviyo.
• Develop segmentation strategies to boost engagement, conversion and retention.
• Analyse campaign performance, run A/B tests and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance and Ecommerce teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
• Produce CRM performance reports and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced ecommerce or D2C environment.
• Hands‑on expertise managing CRM from strategy through execution.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and within cross‑functional teams.
