Senior Customer Success Manager (English & French)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will manage our largest customers and those using our Guidance offering. The role focuses on delivering a white‑glove experience, driving adoption, retention and revenue growth for short‑term rental property managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption, retention and satisfaction for an assigned portfolio of high‑value accounts.
• Provide analysis of booking trends and pricing performance, advising clients on revenue‑maximising strategies.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, monitor account health and risk, and secure annual renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Train clients on revenue‑management best practices and effective use of the Beyond Pricing platform.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales and Customer Experience teams, and mentor junior team members.
• Act as the voice of the customer, communicating feedback and product ideas to the Product organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior customer success or account management role within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Consultative, relationship‑focused approach with the ability to influence client decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
