Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are supporting a well‑established business in the search for a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing Data & Analytics team. In this role you will transform complex data into actionable insight, supporting business‑critical projects and driving data‑led decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights to support business performance and strategic decision‑making.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Contribute to projects focused on improving reporting, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and ad‑hoc business investigations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a data, analytics, insight, or business intelligence role.
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and translating business requirements into meaningful insight.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
