Senior Day-to-Day Manager

About the role

Wildlife Entertainment is looking for an experienced Senior Day-to-Day Manager to work closely with selected artists on our roster. This full‑time, London‑based position requires a proactive, detail‑driven professional who can manage both the artistic and logistical aspects of an artist’s career.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee album and single release campaigns, coordinating all promotional activities.
• Lead execution of artist projects, maintaining momentum and anticipating challenges.
• Support extensive touring schedules, ensuring smooth planning and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for artists, handling professional and personal needs and ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Manage complex diaries, including booking recording sessions, travel, accommodation, and logistical requirements.
• Oversee recording, touring, and project budgets with accuracy and accountability.
• Represent artists in professional environments, maintaining strong relationships and attending shows, sessions, and public appearances.
• Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to coordinate the artist’s online presence and fan engagement.
• Oversee the management and development of the artist’s merchandise business.

Required profile

• Demonstrable senior day‑to‑day management experience with a recognised artist.
• Strong track record in release planning and campaign rollout.
• Touring experience, including routing and scheduling, both independently and alongside external tour managers.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Reliable, composed under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
