Senior Deal Advisory Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Deal Advisory Tax Manager to join a leading professional services firm’s M&A advisory team. The role involves providing high‑quality tax advice on complex, cross‑border transactions for private equity, credit funds and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Partners and Directors on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructuring and listing support.
• Analyse transaction documentation, identify UK and international tax issues and deliver commercially focused recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch new business and maintain relationships with clients, legal advisers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UK and global tax specialists to ensure consistent delivery across multi‑jurisdictional deals.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• CTA or ACA/CA qualification (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in UK corporate tax, preferably within deal advisory or M&A environments.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial judgement.
• Proven client‑facing experience in complex transaction work.
