Senior Digital Marketing Assistant – 10‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Allen & Overy are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team in Belfast on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the firm’s global digital channels, advise business‑development teams and partners on best‑practice campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all online touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for the firm’s digital marketing platforms, including public websites, podcasts, video hosting and blogs.
• Plan, advise on and execute digital marketing campaigns, offering guidance on layout, content structure and SEO.
• Make content and taxonomy updates in Sitecore, optimise pages for search visibility and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Run analytics reports across all channels, analyse performance data and deliver post‑campaign insights.
• Step into workflow coordination duties when primary coordinators are unavailable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and ability to apply them consistently.
• Excellent communication skills to advise senior stakeholders and partners.
• Flexibility to work varied weekly schedules (morning, afternoon and mixed shifts).
