Senior Director – Leadership Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Leadership Consulting practice, working with FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and Global 500 clients. You will partner with C‑suite executives to diagnose strategic challenges and design bespoke consulting solutions that drive measurable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and develop commercial propositions.
• Lead high‑value consulting engagements from initial conversation through solution design, executive facilitation and long‑term account development.
• Deliver approximately £800,000 of annual consulting revenue.
• Expand existing client relationships and secure new strategic partnerships.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the evolution of the practice’s service offering.

Required profile

• Proven track record building senior executive relationships in large enterprise organisations.
• Experience in leadership consulting, executive coaching, organisational development, management consulting or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to design bespoke solutions to complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated success in business development combined with consulting excellence.
