About the role
We are looking for senior professionals in the built‑environment sector to join Metrikus as Strategic Partnerships Consultants. This part‑time, commission‑only role lets you leverage your existing C‑suite network to introduce organisations to our leading building‑intelligence platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach real‑estate, facilities‑management or corporate‑tech companies that could benefit from Metrikus solutions.
- Facilitate the initial connection between the prospect and key Metrikus stakeholders.
- Provide market insights on client pain points such as ESG, ROI and occupancy to help tailor proposals.
Required profile
- Seasoned professional with deep experience in PropTech, real‑estate or building management.
- Active network of C‑suite or director‑level contacts who trust your recommendations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset seeking an uncapped revenue stream alongside existing consulting work.
Required skills
