About the role

Otis is seeking a senior HR leader to head the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will shape recruitment strategy, build a high‑performing team and ensure a robust talent pipeline across the market.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a regional TA team of ~35 members, including 5 direct reports, and own the annual recruitment budget.
  • Develop and coach the team to continuously improve sourcing, selection and onboarding capabilities.
  • Partner with the global TA CoE to select, implement and optimise recruitment technology, automation and data analytics.
  • Manage vendor and agency contracts, overseeing evaluation, selection and performance.
  • Create and maintain global and local hiring policies, including referrals, internal mobility, compliance and offer processes.
  • Define and promote the employer value proposition across social media, job boards and career events.
  • Drive cost‑effective recruitment models and innovative sourcing strategies for diverse, high‑quality talent.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to influence hiring decisions and improve efficiency.

Required profile

  • Proven senior leadership experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Track record of managing large TA teams and multi‑million‑dollar recruitment budgets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with HR Business Partners, COEs and global leadership.
  • Experience in vendor management, policy development and employer branding.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate recruitment analytics into actionable improvements.
