Senior Employment Lawyer – 5-8 years PQE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5‑8 years post‑qualification experience to join our employment law team in London. You will work on a broad range of employment matters, providing high‑quality advice to our clients and contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate and private clients on all aspects of UK employment law.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
• Manage a portfolio of matters from inception to resolution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and emerging case law.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 5‑8 years PQE in employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex advisory and litigation matters.
• Client‑focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Experience in drafting employment contracts and policies.
• Litigation experience in employment tribunals and courts.
• Negotiation and settlement skills.
