Senior Employment Lawyer – London

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our employment law team in London. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of client matters, providing strategic advice and representation in complex employment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate and individual clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in employment disputes, tribunals, and negotiations.
• Conduct employment law audits and risk assessments for client organisations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and emerging case law to provide accurate guidance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years post‑qualification experience as a qualified solicitor in employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements.
• Litigation and dispute resolution expertise, including tribunal representation.
