Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – Strategic B2B Sales

About the role

Intrum is expanding its enterprise portfolio and is looking for experienced sales professionals to shape opportunities, influence strategy, and drive growth across key sectors. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager you will lead complex B2B engagements, build senior‑level relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes for both clients and Intrum.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales across Intrum’s B2B services and solutions portfolio.
• Identify, develop and convert high‑value opportunities in Banking, Telecoms, Utilities and Insurance.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Craft insight‑led proposals and ROI‑driven presentations.
• Partner with internal teams to design tailored client solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Intrum at industry events and enhance market reputation.
• Operate in line with FCA Consumer Duty principles to ensure strong customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning and growing complex enterprise accounts in B2B services, BPO or technology‑enabled services.
• Extensive experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
• Ability to manage long, complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strategic, consultative selling mindset with a focus on delivering value.
