Senior Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the end‑to‑end tender process for complex interior refurbishment and retrofit projects across Central London. You will own the full estimating cycle, from initial enquiry to final tender submission, working closely with commercial and pre‑construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire estimating process from enquiry through to final tender submission.
• Produce accurate and competitive estimates for complex refurbishment, cut‑and‑carve, and retrofit projects.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and pre‑construction teams throughout the bid process.
• Allocate time between office, site visits, and home‑based work as required.

Required profile

• Senior Estimator with proven experience on complex interior projects.
• Confident, self‑sufficient and able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Able to commute to Central London for office and site visits.
• Experience using Causeway or CostX estimating software.
