Senior Event Coordinator

About the role

Live Recruitment is a boutique experiential events agency looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to manage a portfolio of live events across multiple in‑house brands. Based in central London, you will work closely with creative, entertainment, design and communications teams to deliver high‑impact experiences for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of events for several brands, from concept through on‑site execution.
• Liaise with internal entertainment, design, comms and marketing teams to align logistics, creative assets and communication plans.
• Maintain commercial oversight, ensuring events meet profitability targets.
• Support the international scaling of events, including travel to European and global locations.
• Contribute creative ideas to entertainment production and solve logistical challenges under tight deadlines.
• Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating live events across the full event lifecycle.
• Strong project‑management abilities and comfort juggling several events simultaneously.
• Commercially minded with a focus on budget control and profitability.
• Creative flair and ability to think strategically about entertainment and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
