Senior Event Manager – Festivals & Outdoor Events

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large‑scale outdoor festivals and public events. You will shape the creative vision, ensure operational excellence, and drive profitable outcomes for headline events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and on‑site execution of public festivals, motorsport events and other outdoor experiences.
• Develop fan‑centric creative concepts and coordinate sponsor activations.
• Collaborate with security, food & beverage, infrastructure and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage full event budgets, monitor costs and deliver profitable returns.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, site planning and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale public events or festivals in greenfield locations.
• Strong background in budget management, health & safety, and site logistics.
• Ability to build events from a blank canvas and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative flair with awareness of global market trends.
