Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A for Renewables & Infrastructure

About the role

This senior finance analyst position sits within a fast‑growing, institutionally backed renewables and infrastructure platform. You will support strategic decision‑making through planning, forecasting, valuation and capital allocation, working closely with investment and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated financial reporting models for each business segment.
• Develop scenario analyses for valuations, funding needs and capital allocation.
• Partner with investment and development teams on acquisitions, project finance and deal structuring.
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for senior, non‑finance stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, track KPIs such as variance analysis, margins, capex, ROI and value uplift.
• Prepare monthly management reports and board‑level presentations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong academic background.
• Demonstrated advanced financial modelling capability.
• Experience handling complex data sets, scenario analysis and performance reporting.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance detail and big‑picture thinking.
• Strong stakeholder skills and confidence engaging with senior, non‑finance audiences.
