Senior Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing, PE‑backed hospitality business in Bedfordshire. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will shape performance management and provide insight that drives strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support day‑to‑day and strategic decision‑making.
• Provide financial insight on sales performance, margins and profitability.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends early and recommend clear actions.
• Support stakeholders on growth, margin improvement and operational performance initiatives.
• Lead performance review processes and embed a data‑led approach to planning.
• Improve the quality, relevance and commercial impact of financial information across the business.

Required profile

• Professionally qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong commercial finance or business‑partnering experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Comfortable challenging and influencing non‑finance stakeholders.
