Senior Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high‑performing finance team within a growing manufacturing business. Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance contact for senior operational stakeholders
• Produce and interpret management accounts, forecasts and budgets
• Deliver clear financial insight, KPI analysis and performance reporting
• Support rolling forecasts, long‑range planning and annual budgeting
• Build and maintain financial models to aid decision‑making
• Review P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes

Required profile

• Full qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong management accounting background
• Confident financial modelling skills
• Proven ability to business partner and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills (Power BI or similar desirable)
• Proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a changing, fast‑moving environment
• Confidence working to deadlines with multiple priorities
