Senior Finance Manager – Property

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing property investment and acquisition business to recruit a Senior Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Director and leading a small finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly management reporting process.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Manage statutory accounts and coordinate year‑end audit activities.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and refinancing initiatives.
• Review SPV and property‑level reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience within the property or real‑estate sector.
• Ready to take a number‑one finance role in an SME environment.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
