Senior Financial Adviser – Inherit £100m+ Client Bank, Up to £80k + Bonus

Due to the retirement of a highly successful adviser, we are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to inherit part of an established client portfolio with assets under management exceeding £100 million.

Key responsibilities

• Inherit and develop an established portfolio of high‑quality clients.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with affluent individuals and families.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions and protection.
• Identify opportunities to grow your client bank through referrals and professional introducers.
• Play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered status advantageous but not essential).
• A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for delivering first‑class client outcomes.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience within Wealth Management or Independent Financial Advice.
