About the role
Hybrid role – an established, values‑led financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to support continued business growth. This hands‑on position focuses on high‑quality client support, process improvement and enabling teams to work efficiently together.
Key responsibilities
- Process new business and provide adviser support.
- Manage client documentation and workflow.
- Support operational improvements and maintain team consistency.
- Enhance communication, processes and overall efficiency.
Required profile
- Experience within a Financial Planning / IFA environment.
- Strong administration background.
- Organised, efficient and process‑minded.
- Confident working closely with advisers.
- Collaborative, approachable and supportive.
- Open to improvement and positive change.
