Senior Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

We are working with an IFA firm based in Yeadon who are looking to bring on a Senior Financial Planning Administrator. In the role you will work closely with Financial Advisers to provide a high quality and efficient service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality and efficient service to clients by supporting Financial Advisers on a range of products, including investments, pensions, mortgages and protection cases.
• Collaborate closely with the paraplanning team to produce detailed client reports and deliver technical administrative support throughout the planning process.
• Maintain accurate client records, process paperwork, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in administration within an IFA or wealth‑management setting, with a solid understanding of financial products.
• Strong desire to develop technical expertise and complete the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
