Senior FP&A Manager – Finance & Strategy

About the role

Investigo is seeking a commercially‑minded Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management across the business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will provide critical insights that shape strategic decisions and support senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, long‑range planning and strategic financial modelling.
• Own the monthly forecasting cycle, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Produce insightful reports, analysis and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive commercial decision‑making.
• Develop and enhance FP&A processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, providing coaching and leadership.
• Act as a trusted deputy to the Head of FP&A when required.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• 5+ years post‑qualified experience in FP&A, commercial or strategic finance.
• Background in large, complex, listed businesses, preferably in consumer, retail or FMCG sectors.
• Strong analytical and business‑partnering abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Confidence influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
