Senior FP&A & Strategic Pricing Manager

About the role

This is a commercially focused finance position where you will own strategic pricing, product costing and commercial financial analysis for a global organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will influence business performance by turning complex data into actionable pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust pricing models and product cost structures.
• Analyse margins, profitability and commercial opportunities across multiple regions.
• Provide strategic financial insight to senior stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations and Product Management.
• Collaborate with UK and US teams, ensuring pricing decisions align with overall business objectives.
• Take ownership of the pricing function from day one, establishing credibility and driving independent decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in strategic pricing, pricing analysis and product costing.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Comfortable working independently and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to adapt to occasional time‑zone flexibility.
