Senior Front End (Vue.js) Developer

About the role

Method Grid is looking for a Senior Front End Developer with strong Vue.js expertise to help accelerate the evolution of its knowledge‑process‑delivery platform. The role is primarily remote, with quarterly team summits in Bath, and involves close collaboration with backend engineers to deliver high‑impact releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Vue.js components for a fast‑growing SaaS platform.
• Work with backend teammates to integrate APIs and resolve cross‑stack issues.
• Participate in regular release cycles and contribute to the product roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
• Apply test‑driven development (TDD) and, where appropriate, behavior‑driven development (BDD) practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior front‑end role, preferably within a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Strong curiosity for new technologies and willingness to allocate time for R&D.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting teammates.
