Senior Fullstack Data Analyst (Commercial Analytics)

About the role

Growth Intelligence owns the commercial data layer that powers Pleo's go‑to‑market engine. As a Senior Fullstack Data Analyst you sit at the intersection of commercial analytics and customer intelligence, building end‑to‑end analytics solutions that directly influence acquisition, onboarding, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytics layers for customer acquisition, onboarding, growth and retention, including propensity models, dashboards and activation funnels.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Sales and Success teams to deliver dashboards and analyses that drive operational decisions.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of customer behaviour, commercial performance and retention patterns to surface trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support product teams with data on activation, engagement and friction, translating product behaviour into actionable insights.
• Design and analyse experiments to test growth hypotheses, ensuring statistical rigour.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both insights generation and analytics engineering within a SaaS environment (fintech a plus).
• Commercial mindset with strong understanding of GTM metrics and the customer lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, own delivery discipline and work closely with demanding commercial stakeholders.
