About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior General Manager to lead a flagship hospitality venue in Brighton. This high‑profile operation combines eight distinct revenue streams and attracts significant footfall, requiring a hands‑on leader who can own the full business.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for a complex, high‑volume site with multiple revenue streams.
• Act as the public face of the business, engaging with guests, staff and stakeholders.
• Drive commercial performance, growth and operational excellence across finance, marketing, people and guest experience.
• Lead, develop and inspire a large, multi‑layered team, fostering a strong culture.
• Collaborate with ownership on strategy, innovation and continuous improvement.
