Senior HR Advisor

About the role

Framatome Limited is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide professional HR support for employees and management at its Hinkley Point C site. The role ensures compliance with legislation, company policies, and industry best practice while fostering a safe and productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, handling complex disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance cases.
• Conduct investigations, support formal hearings and maintain up‑to‑date employee relations policies.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction for site staff, apprentices and temporary workers, including visa support where required.
• Maintain accurate HR records, Right‑to‑Work documentation, training records and contracts.
• Liaise with trade unions, employee representatives and the industrial relations team to resolve disputes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering HR advice and managing employee relations in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site management, recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Excellent investigative and problem‑solving skills with a focus on fair, consistent people management.
